Job Description
ARA International is seeking a dynamic and motivated Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer queries through our official WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms in a timely manner. You will effectively communicate information about our products and services while documenting customer interactions accurately.
Key responsibilities include managing social media posts using Meta Business Suite, boosting posts, running Meta ads, and submitting regular reports to management. The successful applicant will have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, BBA, Mass Communication, or a related field and possess excellent communication skills.
