Job Description
Role Overview: The L1/L2 Support Engineer will provide high-level technical support, ensuring the smooth operation of our software applications and systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting Azure and .NET environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve incidents and technical issues reported by users.
- Provide technical assistance through various channels.
- Monitor systems to identify potential issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis for permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years in technical support, preferably Azure and .NET.
- AZ-104 and AZ-500 Certified.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
