Job Description
Role Summary:
The CRM Reporting Officer is responsible for managing, monitoring, and generating CRM-based reports to evaluate call center performance, lead management, and sales activities. The role ensures data accuracy, performance tracking, and timely reporting to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM performance reports.
- Monitor leads allocation, follow-ups, and conversion status.
- Track agent performance including calls, follow-ups, closures, and response time.
- Ensure proper data entry and update in CRM system.
- Identify gaps in reporting and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain dashboard reports for management review.
- Coordinate with IT team for CRM-related issues.
- Provide analytical insights based on data trends.
- Maintain confidentiality of all CRM data and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred).
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Reporting).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reporting or call center operations (preferred).
