Job Description
Join us as Senior Technical Project Manager, Voice Technology. Lead and deliver voice platforms (ASR, NLU, TTS) and voice-enabled products. Manage cross-functional engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders; define roadmaps, schedules, and milestones; ensure quality and on-time delivery. Require 7+ years technical project management experience, strong background in speech/NLP or conversational AI, cloud services (AWS/GCP), APIs, and CI/CD. Proven Agile/Scrum expertise, excellent stakeholder communication, risk management, and technical problem-solving. Bachelor’s in CS or related field preferred. Passion for voice UX and product excellence.
