Job Description
Arksbay Solutions is seeking a skilled HR Operations Expert to manage HR functions while ensuring compliance with Pakistan’s labor laws. Key responsibilities include overseeing leave policies, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and maintaining HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with employment contracts and workplace regulations.
- Manage leave policies and employee benefits.
- Streamline HR operations and maintain accurate employee records.
- Advise on HR-related concerns to enhance employee experience.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR or related field, 1-2 years HR operations experience, strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws.
