Job Description
Aroma-247 Pakistan is seeking a dedicated Female Order Checker and Dispatcher to ensure efficient order processing in our retail store located in DHA – Phase 8, Karachi. The role involves verifying customer orders, confirming details over the phone, and coordinating dispatch activities.
Key Responsibilities: Verify order accuracy, confirm details with customers, coordinate dispatch with delivery teams, track orders, and address customer queries.
Qualifications: Minimum Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service, strong communication skills, and basic computer knowledge.
