Job Description
AS Group of Companies seeks a motivated Sales Executive (Outbound Calling). You will make outbound calls to company-provided leads, present products/services clearly, convert leads into sales, maintain call and sales records, and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets. One-week professional training and ongoing support will be provided. Compensation includes a fixed monthly salary (from Rs52,00), attractive commissions, performance-based bonuses, and growth opportunities. Requirements: strong communication skills, target-driven attitude, basic sales understanding or willingness to learn; prior sales or call center experience is a plus. Job type: Full-time, in-person.
