Job Description
Ashraf Products is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Officer in Karachi to lead our distributor and organization team. The ideal candidate will implement company strategies to address local business needs while training and motivating the team to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Permanent Journey Plans.
- Screen and hire Order Bookers/DSRs.
- Ensure the implementation of the Annual Operating Plan and KPIs.
- Identify stock requirements and deliver volume and revenue targets.
- Conduct training and coaching in the market.
Qualifications: Strong leadership skills, university graduate, 1-2 years of experience in FMCG.
Salary: Market competitive.
Location: Hybrid remote, Karachi Shahra-E-Faisal (75350).
