Job Description
ASK Development Limited is seeking Project Officers – HR (Males only) to join our HR department. This role focuses on employee data management and records digitization, ideal for organized and detail-oriented candidates eager to contribute to a large-scale employee records project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scanning and maintaining employee personnel files.
- Arranging and organizing physical documents in the record room.
- Supporting e-data cleansing and uploading data in ERP systems.
- Assisting with document indexing and digital archiving.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduation with final transcript/degree.
- Fresh graduates or those with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
