Job Description
ASK Development Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Representative, known as a Helpline Agent. The ideal candidate will have a degree from a reputable university and strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
Key responsibilities include handling customer calls, providing online support, and maintaining records of faults. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a UK-based call center is required. Salary ranges from Rs32,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month, based on performance.
Optional work-from-home arrangements may be considered after 6 months, subject to performance review.
