Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Services Representative (Helpline Agent) to join our team. Ideal candidates must be graduates from a reputable university and possess fluency in both English and Urdu. Candidates residing in Lahore are preferred, with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
Your responsibilities will include handling customer calls, providing online support, and ensuring fault rectifications are addressed. Opportunities for performance-based incentives are available. The position allows for rotational shifts and the option to work from home, provided certain requirements are met.
Compensation ranges from Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 monthly, depending on experience.
