Job Description
We are currently hiring Inbound Call Center Agents for ASK Development Limited, a well-reputed telecom company.
Hiring Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum graduate from a reputable university.
- Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English and Urdu (with a neutral dialect).
- Residence: Located in Rawalpindi.
- Experience: Preferably 06 months to 02 years.
- Salary: Rs 45,00 (Performance-Based Incentives).
- Shift: Rotational (monthly).
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and provide support.
- Follow up on fault rectifications.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
