Job Description
ASK Development Limited is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Banking Helpline Agents for a prestigious telecom company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls with a positive and professional approach.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and provide accurate solutions.
- Process customer orders and payments efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer account information.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month (Performance-based incentives)
Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 6 months experience in the banking sector.
