Job Description
ASK Development Limited is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Phone Banking Officers at our Call Center in Lahore. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with banking inquiries, and promote our financial products over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding banking products and services.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and transactions.
- Resolve complaints while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Cross-sell banking products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Aged 35 years or below.
- Fresh graduates or those with call center experience welcomed.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
Location: Citi Tower, Gulberg 2, Lahore | Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00 – Rs42,00/month
