Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Banking Helpline Agents to join our team at ASK Development Limited, a well-reputed telecom company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer calls with a professional demeanor.
- Resolving customer queries and complaints accurately.
- Processing customer orders and payments efficiently.
- Managing updates to customer accounts.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs55,00 per month (Performance-based incentives)
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
- 06 months of experience in the banking sector (CSR).
- Experience with Easypaisa/Jazz Cash campaigns is preferred.
