Job Description
We are hiring Helpline Agents for ASK Development Limited, a well-reputed telecom company. This role involves responding to customer calls with a positive demeanor, resolving queries, processing orders, and managing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Answering customer calls professionally.
- Resolving customer queries and complaints.
- Processing customer orders and payments.
- Updating customer account information.
Salary ranges from Rs37,00 to Rs55,00 per month based on performance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 6 months experience in the banking sector, and availability to work in Lahore.
