Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound call systems
- Handling customer inquiries
- Addressing customer complaints
Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
Communication skills: Fluent in English
Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably in a UK-based environment
Salary: Rs 45,00 with incentives up to Rs 15,00
Benefits include free medical insurance.
Shift: Rotational shifts (morning, evening, night) for monthly rotation. Post-probation work from home is available.
