Job Description
ASK Development Limited is hiring Phone Banking Officers for our Lahore Call Center. Provide excellent phone-based banking support: handle inbound/outbound calls, assist with accounts and digital banking, resolve complaints, cross-sell credit cards, loans and deposit accounts, log interactions in CRM, and ensure compliance and data security. Requirements: bachelor’s degree, maximum age 35, fresh graduates and experienced call-center candidates welcome, fluent in English and Urdu, strong problem-solving and customer-service skills. Full-time, in-person at Citi Tower, Gulberg 2, Lahore. Compensation Rs40,00–Rs42,00 per month.
