Job Description
ASK Development Limited seeks enthusiastic, customer-focused Phone Banking Officers for our Lahore call center. Full-time role based at Citi Tower, Gulberg 2, providing phone support for account inquiries, transactions, digital banking technical help, complaint resolution, and cross-selling credit cards, loans, and deposit accounts. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree, be age 35 or under, and possess excellent English and Urdu communication, problem-solving, and CRM skills. Fresh graduates and experienced call center candidates are welcome. Salary: Rs40,00–Rs42,00 per month. Work location: in person.
