Job Description
We are hiring a Helpline Agent for a well-reputed telecom company. Full-time, in-person in Lahore. Responsibilities include answering customer calls, resolving banking queries, processing orders and payments, and maintaining customer accounts. Salary Rs45,00–60,00 per month with performance-based incentives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and minimum 6 months CSR experience in the banking sector. Preferred experience with Easypaisa/JazzCash campaigns. Professional, positive phone manner and accurate data-entry skills are required.
