Job Description
ASK Development Limited is looking for enthusiastic Banking Helpline Agents to join our reputable telecom company. This full-time role involves:
- Answering customer calls with a positive attitude.
- Resolving queries and complaints efficiently.
- Processing customer orders and payments accurately.
- Managing customer accounts and updates.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month based on performance.
Requirements: Minimum graduation with 6 months of experience in the banking sector (CSR). Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Location: Lahore (in-person).
