Job Description
We are hiring a Full-time Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Manager to oversee O&M of GPON, metro and carrier networks, OFC rehabilitation and network upgrades. You will develop contingency plans, ensure ring completion for resilience, handle low-power issues, arrange fiber pairs, coordinate with government agencies, manage p-deposit claims, replace problematic aerial sections, and lead PMR activities (handhole/joint repairs, sag removal, loop placement). Maintain GIS/KMZ route updates, manage stores/tools, conduct PAT before takeovers, and drive SQI improvements. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 5–6 years FTTH field quality/deployment experience. Work on the road. Salary: Rs90,00–130,00/month.
