Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited seeks a Field FTTx Manager. Full-time, on-the-road role responsible for O&M of GPON, metro and carrier networks; OFC rehabilitation, revamp and expansion; contingency planning and traffic diversion for emergencies; improving resilience and reducing outages via ring completion; arranging fiber pairs and resolving low-power issues; coordinating with government agencies for route protection and relocation claims; performing PMR (repairs, handholes, joints, aerial fixes), PAT of NEs, and updating GIS/KMZ cable routes. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 5–6 years FTTH field quality, deployment and operations experience. Salary bracket: 110k–130k.
