Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited seeks a Customer Service Specialist for Social Media and Email chat support in Lahore. Full-time role with pay Rs37,00–50,00/month plus incentives. Responsibilities include responding to customers via social media and email, delivering personalized solutions, escalating issues, maintaining interaction records, and suggesting process improvements. Requirements: bachelor’s degree, minimum 1 year chat/social media support experience, excellent written English, own laptop, familiarity with live-chat and CRM tools, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask and work flexible hours including weekends. In-person position based in Lahore.
