Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited is hiring a full-time Helpline Agent for a reputable telecom client. Responsibilities include answering customer calls professionally, resolving queries and complaints, processing orders and payments, and updating customer accounts. Minimum requirement: graduated (Bachelor’s preferred) with at least 6 months CSR experience. Locations: Islamabad and Rawalpindi; work on the road.
