Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Collection Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments. Your strong communication skills will be essential in negotiating with clients and resolving payment disputes.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be expected to maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on collection activities. Previous experience in collections or finance is preferred.
