Job Description:
As a Banking Helpline Agent, your main responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer calls with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Resolving customer queries and complaints with accurate solutions.
- Processing orders and managing account information.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in the banking sector (CSR)
- Location: Islamabad or Rawalpindi (Required)
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month (performance-based incentives)
