Job Description
ASK Development, a leading telecom company, is seeking a skilled Live Chat Officer for our Digital Contact Center. This role requires prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via live chat. Key responsibilities include providing accurate information about our products and services, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and maintaining records for quality improvement.
Candidates should have at least an intermediate education. The position is full-time, based in Karachi, with a monthly salary ranging from Rs37,00.00 to Rs45,00.00. Successful applicants will be expected to meet daily KPIs and assist in upselling or cross-selling products.
