Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Services Representative to join our team at ASK Development. This full-time position will be based in Islamabad, specifically in DHA-Phase-07.
Hiring Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum Graduation or Intermediate
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Urdu (neutral dialect)
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years preferred
- Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs45,00 per month (Performance-Based Incentives)
Job Responsibilities: You will handle customer calls, provide online support, follow up on issues, create trouble tickets, keep records, and execute special tasks during your shift.
