Job Description:
- Handle and respond to customer calls.
- Provide online support regarding services.
- Follow up with the Operations team for fault rectifications exceeding 48 hours.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintain faults’ records for respective regions.
- Execute special tasks assigned during duty.
Hiring Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum Graduation or Intermediate.
- Fluency in English and Urdu (neutral dialect).
- Residence: Islamabad.
- Experience: Preferred 6 months to 2 years.
- Call Center experience preferred.
