Job Description
ASK Development is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our team in Lahore.
Job Description:
- Respond to customer calls and inquiries.
- Provide online support regarding our services.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for fault rectifications.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintain records of faults for respective regions.
Hiring Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation or Intermediate.
- Fluency in English and Urdu (neutral dialect).
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years preferred.
- Salary: $37,00 – $45,00 (Performance-Based Incentives).
- Location: Lahore (In-person).
