Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development, is seeking a Customer Services Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints effectively.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or call center roles, preferably with UK-based campaigns
- Salary: Rs. 45,00 per month, with incentives up to Rs. 15,00
- Benefits: Free medical insurance
- Shifts: Rotational; work-from-home available after probation
