Job Description
ASolutions seeks a Front Sales Specialist to convert inbound Meta (Facebook/Instagram) leads into qualified sales. You will contact warm and cold leads via phone, email, and social media, upsell services like SEO, website maintenance, and digital marketing, and meet monthly sales targets of $5K–$8K. Use CRM tools to track leads and performance, and collaborate with design and marketing for smooth onboarding. Required: hands-on experience managing Meta paid leads, strong communication, negotiation, upsell/cross-sell skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Job type: Full-time. Pay: Rs40,00–Rs80,00/month. Work location: In person.
