Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Supervisor to join our team at Aspire92. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and filing 1099 and W2 forms, managing payroll processes, and utilizing QuickBooks for accounting tasks. You will provide responsive services to clients and communicate effectively with them via phone, text, and email.
To qualify, you should have ACCA or CA partial qualifications, proficiency in English, and experience with US payroll processes. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel, are essential. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
