Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staff Assistant to join our growing team at Aspire92. This role involves performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate US Individual and Business Tax Returns.
- Oversee daily administrative operations.
- Supervise administrative staff performance.
- Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency.
- Manage office supplies and employee records.
Requirements: 2-4 years of experience, BBA/MBA/MPA, strong leadership skills, MS Office and Google Docs proficiency, and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
