Job Description

Job Overview:

We’re seeking a talented and proactive QA Engineer to drive the quality of our products through both manual and automated testing. If you have experience working on SaaS, AI, Fintech, or Healthcare products and enjoy creating robust automated test solutions, this is the perfect role for you

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.
• Perform manual testing for complex features, ensuring functional, integration, and performance requirements are met.
• Work closely with development teams to define test plans and strategies.
• Identify and document defects, working with the team to resolve issues efficiently.
• Continuously enhance test automation frameworks to improve testing coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to drive quality at every stage of development.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in QA, automation, and testing tools.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of QA experience with strong manual and automation testing skills.
• Proficient in test automation using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Experience with SaaS, AI, Fintech, or Healthcare products is highly preferred.
• Strong programming skills (Java, Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Soft Skills:

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• High adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
