Job Description
At-Desk PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our customer services department in the UK. Your key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, following communication scripts, and engaging with customers via voice, chat, and other platforms. You will identify customer needs, answer questions, and provide effective solutions while maintaining accurate records.
Candidates should have an international call center background with excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer and internet technologies. Work hours are Monday to Saturday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM at our Bahadurabad location. Salary ranges from Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
