Job Description
At Law Communications is hiring a full-time, on-site Fresh Call Center Agent based in Rawalpindi. This night-shift role (7:00 PM–5:00 AM) involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, escalating complex cases, and following up to ensure satisfaction. Candidates should have strong communication, active listening, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Customer service experience and a high school diploma (Business Administration preferred) are a plus. Salary starts from Rs30,00/month.
