Job Description
At Law Communications is hiring a full-time, on-site Outbound Call Center Executive in Rawalpindi (night shift: 7:00 PM–5:00 AM). You will place outbound calls to promote products/services, resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintain accurate records, escalate issues to management, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Candidates should have strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills; customer service experience is preferred. Education: high school diploma or equivalent (business-related preferred). Job Type: Full-time, Fresher. Pay: From Rs30,00/month.
