Job Description
Atlantic Group seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead group-wide HR at New Super Town Lahore. Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, performance, employee relations, policies, payroll coordination, and compliance. Requires BA/MA in HR or Business, 3–5 years HR experience with 2+ years in a managerial role, strong labor law knowledge, excellent communication and leadership, and ability to handle multiple priorities. Manufacturing or diversified group experience is a plus. Full-time, in-person role with competitive salary, benefits, and career growth.
