Job Description
Atlantis Tech Private Limited seeks a BDR to identify and engage B2B prospects via LinkedIn and outbound channels, run high-volume personalized outreach and follow-ups, qualify leads, set appointments, and maintain CRM records. Requirements: 6–12 months sales/BD experience, strong LinkedIn prospecting, B2B lead generation and appointment setting, excellent English, negotiation/interpersonal skills, CRM familiarity. IT services, healthcare, SaaS, outsourcing or medical billing sales experience preferred. Location: I-9/3, Islamabad. Shift: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. Full-time, onsite.
