Job Description
AV Private Limited seeks a Customer Support Representative to be the primary customer contact, delivering timely, professional responses via phone, email, chat, and social media. You will provide accurate product and policy information, resolve issues, escalate complex cases, update customer records, and process orders, refunds, account changes, and service requests. Meet performance targets for response time, quality, and satisfaction while collaborating to improve processes. Requirements: intermediate or bachelor’s degree preferred, prior voice or non-voice support a plus, excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, problem-solving, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Rs70,00–Rs80,00/month. Work Location: In person.
