Job Description
We are seeking a BMS Design and Application Engineer to design, develop, and apply battery management systems for electric vehicles and energy storage. You will create hardware and firmware, implement cell balancing and safety algorithms, perform simulations and testing, and integrate BMS with chargers, inverters, and vehicle networks (CAN/CAN FD). The ideal candidate has experience with Li-ion batteries, MCU-based firmware (e.g., STM32), PCB layout, battery modeling, and regulatory testing. Strong problem-solving, documentation, and teamwork skills required. Prior experience in EV or ESS projects preferred.
