Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success & Support Lead to build and manage a high-performing team focused on customer satisfaction and retention. You will own onboarding, escalations, and strategic account relationships while defining processes, KPIs (CSAT, NPS), and reporting. Collaborate with Product and Sales to improve the customer experience, mentor agents, and implement scalable support workflows. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer success or support, proven leadership in SaaS environments, strong communication, analytical skills, and CRM proficiency.
