Job Description
AVENIA Pvt LTD is hiring Closers for an FE campaign. Interview: Mon–Fri, 8:00 PM–4:00 PM. Shift: 8:00 PM–4:00 AM. Salary: Rs70,00–Rs200,00/month. Responsibilities include responding to customer queries and complaints professionally, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution, and delivering empathetic, solution‑oriented service. Requirements: excellent English communication, strong interpersonal skills, and minimum 6 months FE closing or verification experience; prior call center/customer service experience is a plus.
