Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective strategies to attract top talent. Additionally, you will help streamline HR operations to enhance the overall employee experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for HR, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Prior experience in recruitment or HR operations is a plus.
