Job Description
Are you a night owl with a passion for exceptional communication and customer service? Azul Productions is seeking dedicated Customer Service Agents to excel in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls for timely payment collection.
- Verify and update client information accurately.
- Utilize the BailBooks platform for seamless payment processing.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to establish rapport.
- Collaborate with team members for exceptional customer experiences.
Work Timing: 8 PM to 6 AM (Full-Time)
Pay: Rs75,00.00 – Rs85,00.00 per month
