Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Order confirmation with customers (calls/WhatsApp)
- Pulling ordered items from the warehouse
- Accurate packing and packaging of orders
- Preparing parcels for dispatch
- Basic record keeping of orders and stock movement
- Coordination with riders/courier services
