Job Description
Bachaa Party is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Executive to ensure the highest standards of quality in our garment production. The QA Executive will oversee quality control from raw materials to finished products, implement strategies to minimize defects, and enhance overall product quality. Key responsibilities include developing quality standards, conducting inspections, maintaining detailed records, troubleshooting quality issues, collaborating with suppliers, and leading QA teams.
Essential skills include strong technical expertise in garment manufacturing, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and leadership skills.
