About the Role
Meta Voice BPO is looking for confident, energetic, and goal-oriented individuals to join our expanding team as Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs). In this role, you will engage potential customers through outbound calls, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to connect with and convert potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, relevant information.
- Record customer details and call results accurately in the system.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
